All items are custom made when ordered.
The make time can vary depending on the products.
Apparel is around 2 to 5 business days.
Footwear are a little longer, around 3-10 business days.
Please note orders placed on Friday to Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
Whilst Royal Mail is good and we may use their service we also use Yodel or Evri too. These services are tracked and may require a signature.
Parcels are picked up and may take 3-8 Business Days(Ave. 5-6 days)
Iβve included extra days to account for busy holiday times, but this can fluctuate so keep an eye out on the tracking status.
With the addition of more countries, shipping time will vary.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrierβs system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact us.
When you order multiple items at a time, they may not be shipped out at the same time. So you will probably receive one item before the next. Donβt panic if you donβt receive all of your items at onceβ¦they will get to you! π
If you have placed an order with Haygoodies and it is late, we recommend first checking the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email. This will give you an idea of where your package is in transit. If you do not see any updates or there is a significant delay, please send a message. We will be happy to assist you in tracking down your order and addressing any issues related to the delay. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your items in a timely manner and are satisfied with your purchase.
We provide a tracking number with every order so you can follow your packageβs journey. Once your item has shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If you experience delays or issues, we recommend reaching out to your local post office or the courier for the most accurate updates.
